Named after the mythical billabong creature of Aboriginal Dreamtime folklore, Bunyip exhibits a unique hybrid physiology: a broad crocodilian skull equipped with colossal downward-curving walrus-like ivory tusks, an osteoderm-armored back, and powerful webbed paddle limbs capped with excavation talons.
