Shimo is an ancient, quadrupedal reptilian Titan recognized as one of the oldest and most powerful prehistoric entities in Earth's history. Wielding supreme cryokinetic abilities and the devastating Frostbite Blast, Shimo is canonically credited with triggering the ancient Ice Age. Enslaved through pain by the tyrannical Skar King via a crystal-tipped whip in Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire (2024), Shimo was coerced into battling Godzilla and Kong. Once the crystal was shattered in Rio de Janeiro, Shimo broke free, froze Skar King, and returned to the Hollow Earth as a peaceful guardian and ally to Kong and Suko.
